The Smart Blood Pressure Monitor is your on-the-go, easy-to-use total blood pressure solution. With the Renpho Health App, users can conveniently store unlimited readings, save their progress, and view trendlines over any period of time: daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly! This makes it a simpler health tracking solution.

You can operate the blood pressure monitor via the Renpho Health app, however the data in both apps cannot be synchronized. The monitor works with most iOS and Android devices, and you can download the Renpho Health App on the App Store or Google Play.

To get accurate readings, take your measurement at the same time each day. Avoid exercising, eating, smoking, bathing, and drinking alcohol or caffeinated beverages for 30 minutes prior. Ideally, rest 15 minutes before you begin. Place your elbow on a table so the cuff is at the same level as your heart, turn your palm upwards, sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor, and take 5-6 deep breaths.
