If the product fails to turn on, please check the battery power. Note that this product comes with regular batteries and cannot be recharged. If the battery is empty, replace it with a new one. Alternatively, you can use a USB cable to directly connect the device to a power source.

If the buttons do not respond, press and hold the start button for 3 seconds to restart the product.

To ensure accurate measurements, avoid intense physical activity before taking readings, as this can lead to higher readings. Ensure the cuff is positioned 2 inches above the bend of your arm, and maintain a seated position with your arm and heart at the same level during the measurement. Wearing thick clothing may also affect the accuracy of the readings.
